Create your account, verify your email, and set up your restaurant in a few minutes.

Getting up and running with Menju takes a few minutes: create an account, verify your email, and set up your restaurant. This guide walks you through it.

Step 1 — Create your account

On the sign-up page you have two options:

  • Email and password — enter your email, name, and a password (at least 6 characters), confirm the password, and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Sign up with Google — accept the terms, then continue with your Google account.

When you sign up with email and password, Menju creates your account, sends you a verification email, and returns you to the login screen.

Step 2 — Verify your email

Open the verification email and click the link. You need to verify your email before you can log in. If the email hasn't arrived, use the resend option on the login screen.

Signing up with Google? Your email is already verified, so you can skip straight to the next step.

Step 3 — Log in

Return to the login page and sign in with your email and password (or with Google).

Step 4 — Set up your restaurant

The first time you log in, Menju walks you through a short setup — "Let's get your restaurant set up in minutes." You choose one of two paths:

  • I'm new here — create a brand-new restaurant profile. Choose this if you're the first person from your restaurant on Menju.
  • I have an account — connect your user to a restaurant a teammate has already set up.

If you're new here — create a restaurant

You'll fill in two short steps (all fields required):

  1. Name, Email, and Domain.
  2. Country, Address, City, and Zip-code.

A couple of things worth knowing:

  • The Email here is your restaurant's public contact email shown on your menus — not the email you use to log in.
  • Domain is your website address (e.g. www.restaurant.com) — enter it without https://.

Whoever creates the restaurant becomes its administrator, with full control. After creating it, you'll be offered the chance to add the Menju script to your website — you can do this now or choose Skip for now and come back later.

If you're joining a team — connect to a restaurant

Enter the Restaurant-id and password your administrator gives you, then click Connect.

The restaurant you're joining must be on Menju Pro and have a restaurant password set up by its administrator. See Managing your restaurant & team for how admins set this up.

Step 5 — You're ready

Once setup is done, click Start Using Menju to open your dashboard.
