Plans & billing

Compare Menju Standard and Pro, start your free trial, and manage payment and invoices.

Menju has two subscription plans. This guide explains what each includes, how the free trial works, and how to manage your payment method and invoices.

The plans

Menju Standard — create and customise your own digital menu: design the look, configure your components, and showcase your brand with style.

Menju Pro — everything in Standard, plus:

  • Remove Menju branding — hide the footer with the Menju logo on your menu.
  • Menu view analytics — the clicks chart, click trends over time, and menu views by source. See Understanding your analytics.
  • Team access — set a restaurant access password so teammates can join, and promote teammates to administrator. See Managing your restaurant & team.
  • Unlimited saved menu design templates (Standard saves one). See Designing your menu.

Prices are shown in SEK per billing interval (monthly or yearly) on the subscription screen.

Free trial

New customers can try Menju free for 14 days on the Standard plan — "Try all features for 14 days. Cancel anytime during trial period."

You're eligible if neither your restaurant's domain nor your email address has used a trial before. When you are, a 14 Days Free Trial badge appears on the Standard plan and the button becomes Start Trial Period.

Choosing a plan

Subscriptions are managed by restaurant administrators.

  1. Add a payment method first — if you don't have one, the subscription screen will prompt you to create one.
  2. Open Payment Subscription and select the plan you want.
  3. Click Buy Subscription (or Start Trial Period if you're eligible for the trial).
  4. In the Confirm Subscription dialog, review the plan, price, and billing interval, tick the box to accept the Sales Terms, and confirm.

Your subscription becomes active once payment is validated.

Upgrading to Pro

If you're on Standard, an Available Upgrade banner appears on the subscription screen. Choose Upgrade to Menju PRO to switch — no need to cancel first.

Ending a subscription

Open the End Subscription section on the subscription screen and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Payment method

Your payment method is stored on your own profile, under Payment Method in settings. You can see the saved card (brand, last four digits, cardholder, and expiry), update the card details, or remove it.

Invoices and payments

Payment Overview in settings gives you:

  • Latest Invoice and Next Billing summary cards.
  • Upcoming Payments — what's due next.
  • Invoice History — a filterable table with date, invoice number, status, description, restaurant, and amount. You can download an invoice as a PDF, or open Invoice Details for a full breakdown (subtotal, VAT, total, period, and line items).

If a payment was declined, the invoice details view offers the option to try paying again.

Good to know

  • Subscriptions are per restaurant. If you manage several restaurants, each one has its own plan — the plan badge on each card under Connected Restaurants tells you which is which.
  • Only administrators can buy, change, or end a subscription.
  • The free trial is available on the Standard plan only.
